The PCL used the DH rule in 2004. Although a few National League affiliated teams had pitchers that hit.
I chose to rate all the pitchers, even the teams that used the DH exclusively.
Those pitchers got the lowest rating possible.
In the Pacific Coast League, pitchers only hit when both clubs are NL affiliates and both clubs agree to have their pitchers hit.

All the card sets I make are as accurate and complete as I can possibly make them, but there are a few exceptions.
Occasionally, I come across a player that played more than three positions. Three is all the cards allow for, so I omit the positions that have the least amount of games played, to get it down to three.

If you have any questions or suggestions, other than sets you would like to see created, send me an email. I am not promising anything on suggestions for seasons, since this is a time comsuming process and I have a few seasons I want to create that hold an interest for myself.

I get all my info from baseball reference.com. Just fyi.

Thanks and enjoy.
